Zionism (Hebrew: ציונות, Tsiyonut) is a form of nationalism of Jews and Jewish culture that supports a Jewish nation state in the territory defined as the Land of Israel. Zionism supports Jews upholding their Jewish identity, opposes the assimilation of Jews into other societies and has advocated the return of Jews to Israel as a means for Jews to be a majority in their own nation, and to be liberated from antisemitic discrimination, exclusion, and persecution that had historically occurred in the diaspora. Zionism emerged in the late 19th century in central and eastern Europe as a national revival movement, and soon after this most leaders of the movement associated the main goal with creating the desired state in Palestine, then an area controlled by the Ottoman Empire. Since the establishment of the State of Israel, the Zionist movement continues primarily to advocate on behalf of the Jewish state and address threats to its continued existence and security. In a less common usage, the term may also refer to non-political, cultural Zionism, founded and represented most prominently by Ahad Ha’am; and political support for the State of Israel by non-Jews, as in Christian Zionism. – Wikipedia
That is the ‘Official’ version of course, a wholly sanitised and watered down picture that both western governments and the mainstream media want you to believe.
The true picture however, cannot be further from the Wikipedia version.
Zionism is not a religion; it is a power cult that represents the pure embodiment of greed and evil. It is an arrogance towards all others that are not part of their cult.
Zionism is deeply racist, since it firmly believes that only Jews should be allowed to live on ‘God’s’ land. It promotes what is called, in modern parlance, “ethnic cleansing.”
The late Professor Israel Shahak, a Jew and Chairperson of the Israeli League for Civil and Human Rights, has been equally explicit about Israel’s and Zionism’s racism.
He has said:
“It is my considered opinion that the State of Israel is a racist state in the full meaning of the term. In this state people are discriminated against, in the most permanent and legal way and in the most important areas of life, only because of their origin. Most Racial discrimination began with Zionism and is carried out today mainly in co-operation with the institutions of the Zionist Movement.”
Zionism is a colonialist doctrine since the land that God gave to the Jews goes far beyond the current borders of the Zionist state in Palestine.
Zionists are hell-bent on reclaiming all of their sacred land – they regard United Nations’ resolutions limiting the borders of the Zionist state as irrelevant.
To religious Zionists, only God determines which areas are sacred and thus belong to the Jews, and not the United Nations.
The greater majority of Jews are not Zionists, however.
