Some things simply defy any attempt at logical explanation.
They just exist.
But human nature being what it is, curiosity often overcomes what has been taught for centuries as accepted fact, and many people often look beyond what has been presented by so-called ‘Academics’ and learned people.
However, there is a phenomenon that occurs in the human brain called Pareidolia.
Pareidolia: (/pærɨˈdoʊliə/ parr-i-doh-lee-ə) is a psychological phenomenon involving a vague and random stimulus (often an image or sound) being perceived as significant, a form of apophenia. Common examples include seeing images of animals or faces in clouds, the man in the moon, seeing the face of Jesus Christ, the Virgin Mary or Michael Jackson on a piece of toast and/or hearing hidden messages on records when played in reverse. The word comes from the Greek words para (παρά, “beside, alongside, instead”) in this context meaning something faulty, wrong, instead of; and the noun eidōlon (εἴδωλον “image, form, shape”) the diminutive of eidos. Pareidolia is a type of apophenia, seeing patterns in random data.
In short, Pareidolia, according to Psychologists anyway, means sometimes we can see what we want to see.
Or, as you may be aware of already, are ‘encouraged’ to see….
So with this in mind, I shall attempt to illustrate in this article, how one, or a group of objects, as in the example I shall use, can cause such a difference of opinion between ‘educated’ and supposedly intelligent people.
And muddy the waters for everyone else.
Religion vs Science vs Common Sense vs Appreciation of Beauty if you will.
The Klerksdorp Spheres.
Miners near the small town of Ottosdal in Western Transvaal, South Africa, have been digging up hundreds of mysterious metal spheres. They measure between 25 and 100 mm in diameter, and some are etched with three parallel grooves running completely around their circumference.
Two separate types of sphere have been found.
One appears to consist of a solid bluish metal with flecks of white, the other, apparently hollow and filled with a spongy white substance.
They are reputed to be so delicately balanced that even with modern technology, they would need to be manufactured in a zero gravity environment to attain those precise characteristics.
Geologists have made attempts to classify these artefacts as natural formations or “limonite concretions”.
But they fail to explain sufficiently how these spheres could have been formed naturally with perfectly straight and perfectly spaced grooves around the centres.
Could the Geologists’ haste to ‘debunk’ any other theory, hence any further examination taking place, be the ‘fact’ that the rock in which these spheres were found, is ‘Precambrian’ – and dates from around 2.8 billion years ago ?
The ‘Evolutionists’ have flatly refused to recognise them at all, which could of course mean that in doing so, they would have to re-evaluate their whole belief system.
Evolutionists are notoriously prone to producing outright fantasy in their attempts to discredit similar discoveries, even pretending they simply do not exist is a method that has also been utilised by them.
So, it’s safe to disregard their opinions entirely I should think.
‘Creationists’, though, do reluctantly accept them, but only as a bizarre ‘proof’ that the universe is only about 7,000 years old, and will totally ignore any evidence, from any other source, which does not adhere to their findings.
They unfortunately, doggedly cling to a medieval belief system based purely on blind faith.
The Outlaw, however, holds an alternative view.
One that involves keeping an open mind regarding the origins of any given object.
Not subscribing to any particular ‘philosophy’ or dogma, preferring instead to adapt and further enhance my understanding, whenever new evidence becomes available.
My personal belief system, is based upon known facts that the human race has inhabited this planet for millions of years, which is considerably longer than is currently accepted by the scientific community, or taught by mainstream historians.
I am fully aware that the definitive answer to mankind’s origins will never be revealed in my lifetime, as far more scholarly and pious members of the human race have been searching for a similar answer, since the dawn of civilisation.
The question, however, is eminently answerable, I have no doubts about that, but it shall continue to be a kind of ‘forbidden’ knowledge, but is almost certainly recorded somewhere.
Everything that has been taught in schools and universities about human history and it’s origins, is based upon nothing more than guesswork and outdated, somewhat dusty hypothesis.
There is not a single provable fact available that conclusively answers the question “where do humans, as a species come from” ?
What I do, however, is to continue to question everything, and not blindly accept any mainstream viewpoint because it happens to be fashionable at any given time.
If that is an ‘uncool’ or unpopular view, so be it.
Here’s a ‘Scientific’ explanation of the Klerksdorp spheres: “By all accounts, these rounded objects found in pyrophyllite deposits around Ottosdal, South Africa are three billion-year-old rocks that were naturally formed by carbonate concretions. The tiny pyrophyllite spheres ranging in size from .5-10 cm, with even latitudinal grooves on them, were created when minerals formed in the space between sediments much they way crystals can naturally form extremely precise shapes. It was the weathering of these specimen that then left them as tiny balls, with evenly spaced lines circumscribing them.”
The Outlaw’s view of the Spheres, is that some things…. just are.
They simply exist, and just by doing so, they defy all explanation as to the origins of their existance.
Their ‘mysteriousness’ is the very thing that makes them and other equally mysterious objects, so utterly beautiful, so unique and so will of course, continue to confuse and bemuse Academia for centuries to come.
Which is fine by me.
